KEM Civils Limited

KEM Civils Limited was a start-up groundworks construction company who we provided full support to, from handling incorporation, HMRC registration, CIS registration and insurance to currently providing all bookkeeping and accounting services, full purchase ordering service, payroll service plus CIS - main contractor and subcontractor processing and submissions. 

This means the key operational personnel are able to focus entirely on the groundworks on site whilst our office makes sure all other ancillary services are provided for. This was a key part to why the first major contract went so smoothly. 

We also assisted with obtaining working capital funding and gaining initial credit accounts with suppliers to assist cashflow. Since, we’ve built good relationships with the suppliers on behalf of KEM Civils which in turn results in better quality service and prices for our customer. 

In its seventh month of trading, KEM Civils Limited had turned over in excess of £400,000 and is already in profit. The company has also been given a tender for a further two major groundworks programmes on a construction site as a preferred supplier. Back To List
